Current tenders
Researchers with a predominant employment relationship at one of the BZKF cooperation partners (six Bavarian university hospitals and six Bavarian medical universities) are eligible to apply. To be eligible to apply, the project must be carried out jointly at at least two BZKF locations.
1-stage funding program Preparation of a clinical study
max. 100T € / 12 months (funding start 01.01.2027)
Submission deadline is Sunday, 29.03.2026, 23:59.

Applications can be submitted in both, German or English.
Timetable:
- Submission of the lay summary for the patient consultation: 01.03.2026
- Conducting the patient consultation: in the period from 02.03. to 19.03.2026
- Deadline for submission of the application: 29.03.2026, 11:59 pm
- Decision on the application: probably in June 2026
- Start of funding: 01.01.2027
