a) When visiting our website

When you visit our website, the browser used on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without any action on your part and stored until it is deleted:

In this case, your data will be processed on the basis of your voluntary consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR or on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

c) When using our online appointment booking for the BürgerTelefonKrebs

We use the SimplyBook.me tool to offer you the opportunity to book appointments online for a conversation with the BürgerTelefonKrebs.
Your data will be processed for the appointment booking by our data processor SimplyBook.me Ltd, based at 30 Glathonos, P. Makedonas Court, 3041, Limassol, Cyprus. SimplyBook.me Ltd. processes your data exclusively for the execution of the appointment booking on the basis of a processor contract in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

The following personal data is collected as part of the appointment booking via SimplyBook.me:

The purpose of Google Analytics is to analyze the flow of visitors to our website. Among other things, Google uses the data and information obtained to evaluate the use of our website in order to compile online reports for us which show the activities.

Data processing within the scope of Google Analytics is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (given by clicking on the corresponding selection in our cookie banner). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.

f) Use of Google Ads

Our website uses "Google Ads", an online advertising program of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. As part of Google Ads, marketing cookies are set on your end device. As a result, personal data may be stored and analyzed by Google, such as

  • Information about how you as a user interact with a website and the ads (e.g. clicks on ads, pages visited, time spent on the website)
    • Information about the device used to access the website (e.g. device type, operating system, browser type, IP address.

g) No direct integration of social media plug-ins

For data protection reasons, we do not directly integrate so-called "social media plug-ins" on our website, which establish a direct connection and data transmission (including IP address) to servers of integrated social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc. when a website is accessed.

However, the BZKF has its own page on Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin . Direct access to these pages is possible by actively clicking on the corresponding icons on our website, which will redirect you to the page of the corresponding social network and the data processing provisions there will apply.

We also use YouTube for the provision of webinars and the like. As soon as you click on the corresponding link on our website, you will leave our website and YouTube's data protection provisions will apply.

h) Deletion of data

If the processing is based on consent, the stored personal data will be deleted if you have withdrawn your consent to storage. Otherwise, as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies or if the storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons.
